The Birth of PKPI

A few years ago, while working closely with individual clients and small business owners, I noticed a troubling pattern: too many were overpaying on taxes. They were missing out on vital tax deductions that could significantly reduce their taxable profits, often because they simply didn't know these deductions existed. Even worse, in many cases, these overpaid taxes were not recoverable due to a lack of knowledge and timely action. This realization was a turning point for me, and it planted the seed for what would become PKPI.

As I delved deeper into the world of tax and accounting, I saw another issue—many professionals in the field were not providing the level of communication and proactive advice that clients truly needed. Tax advice often came too late, and the lack of prompt communication left individuals and businesses in the dark, potentially leading to costly mistakes. I knew there had to be a better way to serve clients, ensuring they were always informed and prepared.

But the gap wasn't just in tax planning. I observed that many business owners lacked access to good management information—key data and insights that could guide strategic decision-making. Without this information, businesses were struggling with cash flow issues, missing out on opportunities to cut costs, and failing to maximize their return on investment in areas like marketing. Ultimately, this lack of information was hindering business growth.

It became clear to me that what businesses and individuals needed was Perfect Knowledge—the kind that comes from Perfect Information. This is how PKPI was born.
